This privacy policy describes how TOPIK Master (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) handles information when you use our mobile application for TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) exam preparation. TOPIK Master is published by Overtron Digital Ltd.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

• Vocabulary and grammar study progress
• Exam attempt history and scores
• XP, heart count, and streak data
• User preferences and settings
• Premium purchase status
• Cached exam audio clips

This data is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Google Firebase

• Firebase Firestore: Used to sync vocabulary and grammar content to your device. No personal data is sent.
• Firebase Storage: Used to download exam audio clips on demand. No personal data is sent.

Google AdMob

• Purpose: Displays ads to free-tier users (interstitial ads after activities, rewarded video ads for heart refills).
• Data collected by AdMob: AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data as described in Google’s privacy policy.
• Premium users: No ads are shown to premium subscribers.

Google Play Billing

• Purpose: Processes premium subscription and lifetime purchase transactions.
• Data: We do not store or have access to your payment information. All transactions are handled by Google Play.

Permissions

• INTERNET: Required for content sync, exam audio streaming, ad delivery, and in-app purchases.

Children’s Privacy

Our app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Your Rights

• Access: All your progress data is visible within the app.
• Deletion: Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
• Ad personalization: You can opt out of personalized ads through your device’s Google settings.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes.
